Additionally, being certified by GAF, CertainTeed, and Malarkey shingle manufactures as well as Soprema and IKO on the flat side of things allows us to offer upgraded warranties that may not be available without using a certified contractor, such as:

Flat roofing or torch-on roofing: Warranties start and 10 year non-prorated and can be up-graded to as long as 25 years. Up-grades can cover workmanship as well as materials.

Sloped roofing or shingle roofing: Guarantees start at 20 years against manufactures defects. The system guarantees we over extend these out to a much as your child’s life time with a proration period starting at the 50 year mark.
